I initially asked them to remove a piano, dining table and chairs, and a small vanity. The piano was super heavy but they did not give up and tried so hard to get it out! I also asked if they can remove some empty boxes and big trash and they were willing to do it even though that wasn’t accounted for when I got quoted. They still only asked for the previously quoted amount which just made me want to give more than that. They were super nice and thorough and positive during the whole process!! Loved that we were able to get same day service. They were quick and professional. Gave notification when they were on their way. Only negative was there was a $15 extra fee for our box springs being two twins rather than one king. I would still use again because of how quickly they could come out.
